Yes. La Casa del Habano Brussels is an official La Casa del Habano franchise, part of the worldwide Habanos S.A. network. Every cigar we sell is a genuine Cuban Habano, sourced exclusively through prestigious, authorized distributors.
How do I know the cigars are authentic and not counterfeit?
We give you two guarantees. First, we source only from authorized Habanos S.A. distributors, in full respect of the La Casa del Habano standards. Second, our “What You See Is What You Get” standard means the photo on each product page is the exact box or cigar you will receive — we do not use stock images, except for clearly marked Regular-line cigars, for which we gladly send real high-resolution photos on request.

Shipping & countries
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship authentic Cuban cigars worldwide, to every country outside the European Union. Asia is our core market, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea.
Do you ship within the European Union?
No. We do not sell or deliver within the European Union. Orders are accepted only for delivery to destinations outside the EU.
Can you deliver Cuban cigars to China, Hong Kong or South Korea?
Yes. Asia is our main market and we ship genuine Habanos directly from Brussels to mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock products are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the postal and courier service to your destination country.
Who pays import duties, excise duties and taxes?
All import duties, customs charges, excise duties and any other taxes applied in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Do you sell rare, aged and limited-edition cigars?
Yes. Beyond the classic lines, we offer Aged, Limited Edition and Regional Edition releases, exclusive La Casa del Habano (LCDH) cigars and Rare Cigars, as well as collector humidors, jars and humidor books.
Do you sell single cigars or only full boxes?
We sell cigars by the box only. We do not sell single cigars.
